Return Policy

ORIUNDA RETURN POLICY

At Oriunda, each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We partner with Printful for fulfillment, and their policies guide our approach to returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Quality Issues or Order Problems

If your order has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or includes a Printful error (such as misprints), we will offer a free reprint or full refund. No need to return the item. You must report the issue within 30 days of receipt through our contact form or email at [your email here].

Please include:

  • A photo of the defective item

  • A description of the problem

  • Your order number

2. Buyer’s Remorse & Wrong Size Orders

Because all Oriunda products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong product, or changed your mind. We encourage you to carefully check sizing guides and product descriptions before purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order at your expense.

3. Legal Exceptions (Brazil Only)

In accordance with Brazilian law, customers in Brazil have the right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receipt. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at [your email here] and include a photo of the item.

The product must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund under this policy.

4. Lost Packages & Wrong Addresses

If your order is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • We will reship the item at your expense once we confirm an updated address.

  • If the item remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, it will be donated and no refund will be issued.

5. Return Address

Returns are directed to Printful’s facility. You will receive an email if your package is returned. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of the notification, the product will be donated to charity.
